What to do when you're single on a Saturday ?

It was a Saturday. The day before, we had discussed about going to the Hulu Langat look out point. Mun Fai and Marcus had heard of it. But only I had passed by it before. It was on the way to my driving centre. Those 2 enrolled at different places, so they didn't pass it on the way.

We set off in the morning. Usually my driving instructor take me there by way of the highway next to Safari *shivers*. But the others didn't know the way from there, so we took another route. I couldn't show them the way because the last time the instructor took me there, I kept on looking out the window.

Anyways, we finally reached the place. It's not bad. We parked at the base of the place, thinking we couldn't drive up . We found out that we could after walking to where the restaurants were. Some pics.

From the lookout point. It's a 4 storey wooden structure. PGRM is to the left. Not really sure if you can see it.

After going to the lookout point, we decided to go to a park Marcus had heard of. Along the way, we passed by this lake. It's very beautiful. I've passed by it before. Too bad we couldn't get down to have a better look.

We never got to that park, because along the way, we saw a signboard for a waterfall. Gabai waterfall I think. We passed by the junction to Gabai earlier, but we didn't really believe that that junction was it, because an old guy with a weird look was looking at our car and pointing towards the road.

But anyways, we had to look around for petrol first before doing anything. After driving for a bit, we still couldn't find any petrol stations. So we stopped by a police station to ask for directions.

This school is located just opposite the police station we went to. 1956 O_o.

After finding the petrol station and getting ourselves some snacks, we headed for the waterfall. Turns out the creepy dude was right, that was the road to the waterfall. The dude himself was nowhere to be seen. *Cue X-Files theme*

We parked our car and got the snacks. After we got down, we immediately went to the toilet. It's 50 sen per person O_O. 50 sen! That toilet in Bukit Bintang is only 20 sen and it has an air-con unit. This prompted us to ask, "Why not relieve ourselves in the river?".

At the base of the waterfall, aside from the toilet, there was also a karaoke machine. Rm 2.00 per song. Many Malay people were there belting out tunes. Horrible tunes. In fact, we never saw another chinese person there.

This is the foot of the waterfall. There are stone stairs leading up to the next level just to the left, off screen.

This is the second level. There was a lot of mist. Everytime I exhaled, my glasses would cloud in 3 seconds.

Same level. I was standing on a rock looking directly at it. It was awesome.

This is a fruit from a tree in the same level. That's not water hanging off the fruit. None of us dared to touch it.

Mun Fai and Marcus taking a breather before we continued up the steps. Yes, Marcus stole that Lat Kampung Boy card thingey. Okay, he didn't steal it. He picked it.

Me and Marcus. He gets to be in both of the pictures only because he's the one driving XD.

The stone steps ended at this level. That's a mud stair leading to the other levels. Marcus and Mun Fai didn't want to go up any further, so I went myself. I love doing this.

This is the first level from where the guys stopped. In the upper left corner is the mud stairs from where I climbed up.

This is the third level from where they stopped. Rapids. And all the stones were so slippery O_o. I was afraid of falling down.

At times, to get across to some rocks, I had to take off my shoes and walk across. I was afraid of leeches getting me though O_o.

This is the highest level I went to before I turned back. There was nobody here, so I was afraid that if I went on and got injured, I couldn't get any help. In short, I was scared XD. Next time we go, I'm dragging their arses with me. I wanna go all the way.

.. COWARDS !!! AHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!.....

Back at the base, those 2 were walking around barefoot. I took off my shoes and joined them. That's when I fell into the water. Imagine O_O. I climbed all the way up and back down, and I didn't slip. At the base, I fell. Dammit.

I was sitting on a rock in the middle of the river when I looked at my leg. Alas, a damned leech had got me =(. I quickly flicked it off. But the bugger had done it's job.

Damn, I say.

What's funnier ? I flicked it onto Marcus' pants. It stayed there sucking at the pants. Once I had taken this picture, Marcus tried to use a leaf to take it off. The sly bugger wouldn't budge. But when his hand was near, it immediately attached itself to his hand. We all laughed. Well me and Mun Fai did, Marcus joined in after he got the bugger off.

After , we left the place. We promised to come back again. With girls. =P.

The day was packed. They sent me home first. I took a bath and dressed up, cause we were gonna go to SMK Connaught. Their Chinese society had a performance or something. They told me to bring the camera so I did. There were a few problems though when we reached. Dress codes.

All pants had to extend beyond the knees. So I was out. Also, no slippers. So 3 of us were out. Marcus, Siong Tat and Brian. And the prices was 15, not 10 like what Soon Keong told us, so we decided to leave. Mun Fai got a surprise. A bad surprise anyways. We parked a about 50 metres up to discuss whether to say. And then, _THIS_ happened!! = O

On the left, we see Soon Keong's Chevrolet. On the right, we see Marcus lying down. Therefore, we can conclude that Soon Keong knocked Marcus down O_O. *Disclaimer = No one named Marcus was hurt in the taking of this picture. And if he was, it's his own damned fault =P*.

In the end, we still didn't go to Connaught. We went to P. Road for dinner. The luk mei there has been degraded =(. Anyways, that's all for now O_o. If I didn't do it in one shot, I wouldn't finish it at all. If the loading of this post slowed your comp a bit, I apologize.
